Is this you?

You see what is happening — and what could be.

something you really want to see come to life.

You can see it—

and your role in that shift.

A venture taking form.

A community organizing around something that matters.

An organization working the way you always knew it could.

A project that has lived in notebooks and conversations becoming real.

You’ve thought about it. Talked about it. Even made plans.

But somehow it doesn’t happen.

Not enough time. Not enough money. Not enough help.

Something you don’t control has to change first.

It’s like pushing a boulder uphill, and it breaks your heart a little.

Life finds a way.

Yet each of us is here today. The odds of that are infinitesimally unlikely.

For four billion years, life has encountered existential challenges.

Life just evolves possibilities.

New relationships, new capacities.

Small changes that changed everything that came after.

That’s the premise of Living Design.

Small acts have the power to make big ripples.

Life finds a way.

Imagine…

Five years from now, doing the work you want to be doing.

The things you spend your days on matter deeply. Your work is connected to the changes you want to see in the world—not something you squeeze in around the edges of your life.

And twenty years from now?

Something is genuinely different because of you.

Your small acts have created ripples that have grown into something you could never have predicted. People doing things they couldn’t before. Relationships that didn’t exist. Resources that flow.

Your work. Your values. Relationships and creativity. The place you live. The way you spend your time.

All of it one thing.

Aligned.

The archer, the arrow, the target.

The surfer and the wave.

Aligned and in motion.

Living Design Lab

Bring your big vision to life through life’s proven patterns.

An 8-week intensive with a curated cohort.

You’ve got a vision. You can almost taste it. But the distance between what is and what could be is daunting.

This Lab helps you cross the distance by taking you through a structured evolutionary thinking process.

What’s possible? What’s necessary? And what’s in the way?

By the end of this lab you’ll have a map of the territory and a compass that points True North.

A project. organization. community.
a place. a practice.
A different future.

Living Design helps you, your organization, or a wider network of stakeholders to see what’s possible and what’s necessary, for possibility to bloom.

Living Design Lab

Develop the people who navigate complexity within your organization.

Living Design Labs develop internal capacity by applying Living Design while directly to a significant challenge or opportunity.

Participants bring organizational challenges, initiatives, or opportunities into a structured Living Design process.

They learn to see systems more clearly, recognize constraints and underused capacities, work with multiple forms of capital, identify leverage, design experiments, and adapt based on what happens.

Labs can be created for a single organization or include participants from multiple organizations and fields.

Great for: emerging leaders, innovation teams, cross-functional groups, organizational change leaders, internal consultants, strategists, and people responsible for navigating complex initiatives.

The Result: Progress on real organizational challenges while developing a transferable Living Design capability that remains inside the organization.

Living System Assessments

Get a bird’s eye view.

Sometimes the first need is a clearer picture of the system producing the outcomes you’re experiencing.

A Living System Assessment examines the relationships, capacities, structures, exchanges, resource and information flows, constraints, and patterns underneath a recurring organizational challenge.

The goal is not to produce an exhaustive diagnosis of everything that could be improved.

It is to identify:

What is limiting the system’s capacity—and where might intervention create disproportionate value?

Depending on the challenge, the assessment may include leadership conversations, stakeholder interviews, document review, mapping, workshops, and observation.

Great for: recurring organizational problems, stalled initiatives, scaling challenges, collaboration breakdowns, concentrated knowledge or responsibility, resource constraints, and situations where previous solutions have treated symptoms without changing the underlying pattern.

The Result: A Living System map of the challenge, key limiting factors and capacities, potential leverage points, and recommendations for experiments or deeper work.

Where do we begin?

You don’t need to know which engagement you need.

Start with the thing your organization is trying to bring to life.

The initiative that isn’t moving.

The transition you’re navigating.

The capability you know you need.

The problem that keeps returning.

The opportunity you can see but haven’t figured out how to unlock.

Then we ask:

What is happening now?

What would you love to have happening instead?

What is getting in the way?

That tells us where to begin.
